Racket Ball Leagues, Competitions & Activities

Racketball Mini Leagues

The Racketball Mini Leagues run continuously (on a six week basis) from September through to June each year.  Anyone can join, just add your name and you will be playing lots of different players within weeks.  Standards vary from "very good" in the top division through to "social" in the bottom division.  There are currently 12 divisions, so there is a standard for every player.  There are also ladies only, ladies doubles and off peak leagues.

Summer League

The Club's famous Racketball Summer League starts in May runs until the end of September.  Teams of eight (4 men & 4 ladies) compete annually for this trophy.  The event is handicapped and new players that wish to be included should look out for the giant board that goes up in Reception in April.  New teams are formed each year and existing teams are always on the look out for new players.  In 2007, there were 25 teams (total 200 players).  All matches are played on weekday evenings.

Winter League

The is a Racketball Winter League runs from January to April.  This is another team competition with leagues for men and for ladies.  Entries need to submitted in November.  Winter League matches are played on Friday evenings.

Club Championships

The Annual Club Championship runs in Spring each year and there is a Handicap Championship each Autumn.
